Can I change my order?

Once you have finalised your order and it has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Please wait until it arrives and then contact our Customer Service Team to request its return or exchange.

Please note: Item returns will be at the expense of the customer, and require a tracking number for the parcel that is being shipped back.

 

I received my order, but I do not like the item or have changed my mind. How can I return it?

All returns must be processed by our Customer Service Team. Please use the contact form provided and be sure to include your order number and the reason for return (this will help us provide the correct return instructions to you). We will send you an email with the correct procedure to follow.

Please note: Once you have accepted delivery of the item, you have 15 days to change your mind and request a return. All return requests received after this period will be refused. These returns will be at the customer’s expense and the item will need to be shipped in a registered parcel to our warehouse in Germany. Full details and instructions will be provided in the email we sent. Once the item has arrived at our warehouse, its condition will be checked and a refund will be issued within approximately 30 days. This will automatically be refunded to the method of payment used to make the purchase, and you will receive confirmation by email at the address indicated on the order.

 

I have received a different item than the one I ordered. What should I do?

Should the product you receive not be the item you ordered (please check your order confirmation email to verify), contact our Customer Service Team through the contact form and provide your order number. We will get in touch and tell you the procedure to follow.

Please note: No refunds are possible for products received at our warehouse in a condition not complying with the return terms. The item must be in the condition in which it was delivered to you. As soon as the product is returned to our warehouse, a check of its condition will be made and the refund, if applicable, will be issued within 30 days. The refund will be automatically returned to the payment method used to make the purchase, and you will receive confirmation by email at the address indicated on the order.

 

 

I have received a defective or damaged product. What should I do?

Should the product you receive be damaged or defective, shop.paperblanks.com will assume full responsibility. Please contact our Customer Service Team through the contact form and provide your order number. We also ask that you attach a photo of the faulty product. The refund will be processed within 30 days directly back to the payment method used to make the purchase, and you will receive email confirmation at the address used to place the order.

 

Can I exchange a product bought in shop.paperblanks.com at another store?

No. Returns and exchanges for all products bought in shop.paperblanks.com must be processed through our Customer Service Team and returned to our warehouse in Germany.
